Through the use of dip switches it is possible to set the motor rotation speeds (up to 8 combinations) from a minimum of 2900rpm to a maximum of 3400 rpm. Currently there are 4 settable speeds: 2900 – 3050 – 3200 and 3400 rpm. The change of settings can be performed autonomously by the user, but must be performed in safety and in the absence of power. For special needs, the board is available with a box with a high degree of protection against dust and liquids IP54, with output connection cables that can be customized in length and position.
The electronic board is designed to stop the rotation of the motor in the event of a fault, even with the motor running, to ensure system safety. In the event of temporary faults, the card is able to restart the system autonomously, while if the problem persists the intervention of an operator will be necessary. On board a red smd LED allows you to quickly evaluate the operating conditions. It is possible to remotely monitor the operating status of the motor, together with the main electrical and mechanical parameters, by connecting the board to a PC via the serial communication port, according to the MODBUS RTU protocol implemented on the RS232 electrical standard.
