In 2023, SIMACO decided to adopt its own Code of Ethics and organizational, management and control model in accordance to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, which regulates and directs the behaviors and actions of individual company operators in the conduct of their activities and in relationships with third parties in any capacity and in any form involved in the business activity, preserves the appropriate levels of organization, efficiency and quality of the activity and, last but not least, represents a suitable tool for the prevention of any illicit behavior.
